Indepth Mold started to explore international manufacturing business since 2010, we’ve two factories for both plastic and metal products to help our customers on product development & production from design , tooling , engineering , prototype to mass production by plastic injection molding terminology and by punching , CNC machining, etc for metal products and components like stainless steel, cooper, iron , aluminum ,sheet metal ,etc.
Except plastic injection molding process , we also have a tooling house to provide engineering , tooling and prototype services to brand manufacturers at home and abroad.

Andy has been working as product designer for over 15 years with expertise on molding industries .Before joining Indepth Mold , he worked in a famous large manufacturer as R&D director and he leads a team to design versatile products and he is also an expert on molding with a B.S. degree in China.

Alice is a genius on sales who has great experience with tremendous successful sales records on key accounts .She had won a lot big projects with strong background on marketing and management. She also got her MBA degree in the U.S. Before , she works in a global leading consulting company .
Industrial Designer
John is an independent industrial designer who is always creative and he has over 8 years experience on molding design .He is good at mold design on medical devices , industrial components and electronic consumable .He has a bachelor degree on industrial design from Wuhan University.

Ivan has 5 years experience on industrial design for plastic injection molding parts .He also has experience on product design who used to working in an industrial design company in Dongguan .He is creative , patient and careful on his work which helps him win customers’ respect.

Materials are suitable for injection molding process are ABS, PP , PC, PE ,PVC and PET,etc. However , some manufacturer are also trying to use other alternative materials like Wooden, ceramics instead according to suitable applications.
Inferior mold will cause common problems for the products, such as flash, gassing &venting, part distortion, and short molding.
Designers should always consider whether injection molding is the best solution to mold the part. If not , other methods could be considered as below:
-Thermoforming , foam molding , extrusion molding or blow molding
-Coining and die-stamping(blanking)
